IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Location - Capital City Academy Doyle Gardens, Willesden, London NW10 3ST

• Stalls cost is £35.00

• This is an outdoor event

• There is only one main food stall - Any other food stalls will only be permitted to sell cold snacks

• You will need to provide your own table

• You will have the duration of the event to sell your items OR to promote your services 11 AM - 7 PM.

• Your information will be kept on file for future reference

• We will not duplicate stalls (without consultation with the primary vendor)

• Arrival time for stall setup is 09:30 AM to be set up for an 11 AM start (No entry or refund after 10:30 AM)

All stallholders will be required to have Public Liability Insurance if you do not have this below is a link which will take you through to the company whom we use for our events, we have been advised that this could be as little as £20-£30. If you use the link below you should select 'cover type' as 'stall holder'.

Please provide this insurance cover within 24 hours of us confirming your space.
