This statement is written to set out your position to the court. A good statement will mean that the court has a better understanding of your situation.

COURT HEARING

This fee covers support at court for up to 3 hours including waiting time.

A fee of £50.00 will be chargeable for every additional hour spent at court.

Travel costs are chargeable at £20.00 per/hour plus the cost of petrol 0.30p per/mile or Train / Bus Ticket price.
