This fee covers support at court up to 3 hours including waiting time. 
This includes notes taking, information advice and guidance as well as mediation with litigant or negotiating with the other sides representative.
A fee of £50.00 will be chargable for every additional hour spent at court.
Travel costs are chargable at £15.00 per/hour pluss cost of petrol 0.30p per/mile or Train/Bus ticket price.
